Morning Savior Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients: 

Do it: 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Add more frozen fruit or ice to thicken, or more milk to thin, until you reach your desired consistency
  2. Top with your favorite granola or energy bar + fresh berriesIMG_2552
