Chocolate Lovers Protein Smoothie Bowl

Serves: 1


  • ~1 1/4 cups stawberries, frozen
  • ~1/2 cup mango, frozen
  • ~3/4 cup cauliflower florets, frozen (I like to steam my cauliflower before freezing to enable easier digestion)
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used My Protein Natural Chooclate Whey Protein Powder; use ‘thelodown’ for 10% off)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 chocolate chip cookie (I used Kookie Cat‘s Vanilla Choc Chip Cashew + Oat Cookie)
  • Cacao nibs
  • Fresh strawberries, halved

Do it:

  1. Combine frozen strawberries + frozen mango + frozen cauliflower + milk in a blender
  2. Once fully combined, add cocoa powder + protein powder + almond butter and continue to blend
  3. Add more frozen fruit/veggies or ice to thicken or more milk to thin to desired consistency*
  4. Pour in a bowl and top with crumbled up cookie pieces + cacao nibs + fresh strawberries
