Tie Dye Smoothie

Serves: 1



  • 2/3 cup frozen pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (steamed before freezing to enable easier digestion)
  • 2 teaspoons maca powder (I used Bioglan Superfoods maca powder)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)


  • 1/2 medium-sized raw, frozen zucchini, chopped
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 2 teaspoons spirulina powder (I used Biolglan Superfoods tropical spirulina powder)
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice


  • Blueberries


Do it:

  1. FOR THE YELLOW LAYER: Combine pineapple, cauliflower, maca power and milk in a blender. Pour into a cup or bowl and set aside in the freezer while you make the green layer
  2. FOR THE GREEN LAYER: Combine zucchini, banana, spinach, spirulina powder and milk in a blender
  3. Remove yellow layer from the freezer and alternate pouring the two layers into another cup and top with blueberriesIMG_2560
