Chocolate Veggie Smoothie Bowl

Serves: 1


  • ~1 cup mango, frozen
  • ~1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
  • ~1/2 cup cauliflower, frozen (I like to steam my cauliflower before freezing to enable easier digestion)
  • 1 small zucchini, frozen
  • Handful of fresh spinach
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used My Protein Natural Chooclate Whey Protein Powder; use ‘thelodown’ for 10% off)
  • 1 tablespoon (+ more for topping) sunflower seed butter (sub for almond or cashew butter)
  • Toasted wheat flakes (sub for cereal of choice)*
  • Cacao nibs*
  • Bee pollen*
  • Mixed berries (frozen, optional)*

Do it:

  1. Combine frozen mango + frozen raspberries + frozen cauliflower + frozen zucchini + spinach + milk in a blender
  2. Once fully combined, add protein powder + sunflower seed butter and continue to blend
  3. Add more frozen fruit/veggies or ice to thicken or more milk to thin to desired consistency
  4. Pour in a bowl and top with toppings* of your choice (I used sunflower seed butter + toasted wheat flakes + cacao nibs + bee pollen + frozen mixed berries)
