Vanilla Protein Zoats

Serves: 1


  • 1/2 cup Scottish porridge
  • Milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 medium-sized zuchinni, shredded
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used My Protein Natural Vanilla Whey Protein Powder; use ‘thelodown’ for 10% off)
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Almond butter (I used Pip and Nut Coconut Almond Butter)

Do it:

  1. Cook Scottish porridge stove-top in milk with 1 mashed banana and shredded zucchini
  2. Remove from heat and stir in protein powder
  3. Top with fresh fruit + almond butter drizzle
