Cinnamon Chicken + Oats

Serves: 1


  • Chicken breast, chopped
  • White cabbage, chopped
  • Coconut oil
  • Rosemary
  • Cinnamon
  • Allspice
  • Rolled oats
  • Milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • Banana
  • Shredded coconut flakes
  • Peanut Butter

Do it:

  1. Pan-fry chicken breast in coconut oil
  2. Add white cabbage + cinnamon + rosemary + allspice and continue to pan-fry
  3. Meanwhile, cook oats in the microwave in milk of choice
  4. Serve with chopped banana and a hearty spoonful or two of peanut butter. To finish off, sprinkle with shredded coconut flakes
